Our Process
Building a custom home can be done in five easy steps
Step 1: Consultation and Planning
We understand that building a new home can be stressful. We break down the build process into 5 easy steps, starting with Consultation and Planning. During this step we sit down with you to determine your needs, the needs of your current or future family, which spaces are going to be unique to you and how do we design those in an economical and efficient way.
Step 2: Architecture and Design
Our second step is to figure out which features you want in your home, which floor plan works best for your vision (even if we build the floor plan from scratch), and then introduce you to our Interior Design team who will put together design concepts and bring your home to life.
Step 3: Build
This is the longest process, but the most fulfilling! Working with the architect, engineers, and designers, we will begin building your home. During this phase we give you full visibility into the schedule, timing, and process along the way, and encourage you to check in on your home as we communicate our progress each week.
Step 4: Final Touches and Move In
You are almost there! You are about to move into your brand new home and we want you to enjoy the process of moving in. We go through with you and blue tape the home, as well as work with our subcontractors to ensure all the finish work is to your exact specifications.
Step 5: Continued Care
Now that you are in your home, we provide you with all the information about the selections as well as how to maintain your home from which cleaning products to use down to what lightbulbs are needed in each fixture. We guarantee your home for a year and provide our contact information so that if anything goes wrong, we can come back and make any necessary repairs.
